Downtown Resident Manager

Servpro is looking for a Qualified Resident Manager to work with one of our valued customers.
A Resident Manager must be able to effectively communicate and maintain good relationships with clients. The person in this role must be able to meet the requests of clients in a timely fashion, as well as organize and manager staff to complete work.
Job Functions:
• Report to the Area Manager and/or Property Manager or representative for instruction at the beginning of each shift
• Allocate daily workload and constantly follow up with supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively
• Act as the communications link between the employees and custodial or property management
• Responsible for the supervision and motivation of supervisors and cleaning staff
• Maintain high quality work in line with cleaning specifications and ensure a high level of productivity from each custodian
• Ensure materials and equipment are on hand to enable efficient work to be performed
• Carry out regular inspections on scheduled and or project work
• Perform employee(s) initial and ongoing training
• Ensure proper methods of cleaning and safety procedures are used at all times
• Respond to and follow up on tenant complaints
• Plan, monitor, and update project work cleaning schedules
• Produce and maintain work schedules
• Prepare and submit inspection reports to the Manager(s) or representative via Cleantelligent Management System
• Document and report any building deficiencies to property manager or representative
